Respira Mare is a beachfront vacation villa in Torre Suda. Modern and cozy, the villa has direct private access to the sea. It offers up to 13 beds.
The vacation villa has an automatic gate, shaded parking, barbecue, air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, electric oven, iron and ironing board. Animals are allowed.
The
shoreline is rocky with clear, cool waters. A concrete platform
facilitates access to the sea, making bathing comfortable for both
adults and children.

The vacation villa Respira Mare has a double entrance: an automatic gate for cars and a pedestrian gate. At the back, the villa also has a direct exit to the front cliff, which is low and accessible for bathing.
The villa`s outdoor spaces are large and well-kept, equipped for spending time outdoors, with barbecue in the garden for grilling and large gazebo under whose shade there are table and chairs, deck chairs, rocking chair, outdoor lounge and children`s games.
Respira Mare is on two levels, simply furnished, fresh and cozy.
On the ground floor
there are: living room with air-conditioned dining room and sitting
room with panoramic sea view window, kitchen with sea view, 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned by a hallway with shared split.
The second floor, reached by stairs, consists of: living room with sea view, eat-in kitchen with sea view, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including two double and one triple with double + single bed. The floor is completed by 2 shower rooms.

Villa Respira Mare stands in Torre Suda, right on the cliff and therefore facing the sea: an exclusive and privileged position to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea and the convenience of the direct descent to the sea.
The characteristic tower can also be reached on foot, with a walk of about 1 km. All services are within easy reach.
Torre Suda is a lively seaside resort located south of Gallipoli and along the coast road leading to Torre San Giovanni, Lido Marini and Santa Maria di Leuca, a perfect location for exploring the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Ionian Salento.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
