The modern apartment "Elite Luxury Residence 2" is located in a brand new residence with swimming pool and close to the beach. The small town of Torre Suda is the ideal starting point for a vacation by the sea and exploring the south of Italy. The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a TV and a shared washing machine.

In the shared outdoor area there is a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a covered terrace. Here you can sunbathe on the loungers, read a book under the umbrellas or swim a few laps in the pool.

Within 10-15 minutes walk you can reach a good selection of restaurants and cafes with sea view, as well as a supermarket (900 m-1.2 km). The beautiful Spiaggia del Mare dei Cavalli beach is a 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive (1.9 km) away. In the center of Torre Suda is the port, Puglia's largest coastal garden, with crystal clear waters and densely populated with yachts, especially in summer. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a cocktail in one of the numerous bars. To the baroque city of Lecce with its historical sights you need about 44 minutes by car (51 km). Italy's easternmost city, Otranto, can be reached after an hour's drive. The nearest airport is in Lecce (45 minutes by car).
