The veranda surrounding the villa is the perfect spot for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying lunch and dinner al fresco, as well as preparing delicious meals on the guest-accessible barbecue under Puglia’s starry sky. In addition to the spacious table and chairs, the veranda—with its wooden canopy—also features a sitting area with sofas for reading and relaxing. Fully fenced, the villa offers parking for cars on the private driveway and two parking spaces under a large carport.

The living area opens up with large windows that flood the open-concept living room with light; it features a seating area with a TV, a corner sofa, and a fireplace.

From here, you enter a cozy dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen, a large kitchen island, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee maker.

The sleeping area is accessed via a hallway that separates the two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a closet, a ceiling fan, mosquito nets, and window screens.
The sleeping area has a bathroom with a shower.

The center of Torre Suda, on the other hand, is located 300 meters from the villa and offers a church to visit, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as a pedestrian/bike path that runs along the entire coastal stretch of the marina.

The area is close to Gallipoli, just a few minutes’ drive away, as is Torre San Giovanni, a town renowned for its long, golden-sand beaches.
A 15-minute drive takes you to: the historic center on the island, famous beaches (Baia Verde, Punta della Suina), restaurants, bars, and the nightlife of the “Pearl of the Ionian Sea” (Gallipoli)

The nearest beaches are Lido Pizzo, about 5 kilometers away, and Punta della Suina, about 7 kilometers away (less than a 10-minute drive).
