”Clean room, staff had a bit of attitude at the front desk, overall a great stay”

”Great place”

”Room was clean and staff was friendly.”

”Positive/Descriptive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful across the board, and the room was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was extensive, with dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, optional hot plate. Single king room was large and comfortable, with nice sitting area (sofa, lg ottoman, modular coffee table, curtain divider), and TV w/swivel base can face this or bed. My unit had decent water pressure, unlimited hot water, water softeners, in walkin shower, w/o wand type shower head. ...

”There was a fire alarm at 4 in the morning, and they weren't properly trained in how to reset the alarm, and it went off 4 more times. Just as we got settled in again, it went off again and again. A hotel employee was asking guests where the stairwell was. Staff needs to be trained better to handle emergencies like this. This is something corporate should be training. In today's world knowing how to react quickly can save lives. They were lucky this wasn't a real emergency just someone vaping...

”The staff at the front desk was kind and went above the. Natalia especially was very warm and energetic. The rooms could’ve cleaned a lot better. Counters wiped and carpets cleaned”

”Nice hotel, friendly staff and perfect for an overnight stay, walls are thin to say the least.”

”A very nice family hotel. Great, spacious suites in nice condition with all the amenities that you need, including cooking accommodations. Just make sure the housekeeping understands what you mean if you give them a bagful of clothes to wash - mine got mistakenly dumped to trash when the housekeeper mistook the laundry bag as trash...”

”I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

”Nice room and lobby. The mattresses and sofa cushions were a bit soft, but otherwise everything was to our liking!”

”Clean place and comfortable beds. An old motor court that’s been updated. Heat and A/C both worked well. Bathrooms are very small, but adequate. Opened the door to a rather pungent room freshener, but it disappeared quickly. Owner/clerk spoke little to no English. Not a bad stay for the money!”

”Very clean felt like home”

”The lobby had a very beautiful fresh sent that was very pleasant as well as the elevator when you enter them along with the fall decorations the front end receptionist he was very nice pleasant to speak with very friendly and knowledgeable about the area dark skin with very nice men braids it was a pleasure dealing with him, now I will say the queen beds ain’t given queen size and the room not really spaces for two people to move around freely but the rooms and bed sheets were clean thank you...

”Took staff over 5 minutes to acknowledge us when arriving for check in even though there were 3 staff members and only one other customer being helped. Room was ok, carpeted floor felt and sounded sticky, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in shower were practically empty, food left in refrigerator from prior guest, breakfast buffet was disappointing, and the coffee was not good.”

”Rooms were nice, the Lady at the desk was very helpful and pleasant, the lady that was cleaning the rooms was extra helpful and very pleasant. The guy that was sent to assist with our issue, was not knowledgeable, and did not speak English at all so he was of no use to us. We were eventually moved to a better room, at the request of the lady at the desk. Overall, the ladies were excellent at their jobs, the guy could use improvement.”
