Liked the location being away from the crowds and craziness of Duval Strett at the end of the day. Although it was an easy and close 5 minute drive to get there. Would definitely stay here, again,”

”The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. ”

”I've stayed at this building b4 but never this unit, and this one is by far my favorite. I will be booking this unit every year. Loved the layout of the kitchen of this one, and the full bed in living room was nice bc it didn't take away the couch/ seating. Kids lived it. ”

”Clean and quiet. Nice location. Worked for our family of four. They did provide toiletries so that was nice. We also found the beach towels helpful when we went to the beach. Ice cube trays were a nice touch. Very little check out chores which is also nice. ”

”The amenities were perfect. Great location away from the hustle of Duval St. Clean pool. Even though the hot tub was down a quick text to Resort management and they had it fixed in know time.”

”Perfect space for 2 adult couples. 2 comfortable bathrooms and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Only negative is the condo is located on opposite end of Duval street. But, staying on Duval is always more expensive so the quiet side of the island is a good option . Renting a golf cart makes the location a fun use of the ride onto Duval street from the condo. The pool area is very nice. The beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the renters located above our rental but that was out of control of...
