The farm "Woldererhof" is in the hands of the Gasteiger family since 1912 and welcomes its guests at the edge of the forest of the recreational area Mareiter Bach. The surrounding area invites you to take relaxing walks in the beautiful South Tyrolean mountain landscape. The modern apartment "Lichtung Woldererhof Auszeit" awaits its guests in the three-valley community of Ratschings, where hospitality and tradition are lived. The region is worth a visit at any time of year. Throughout the Woldererhof, the power supply and heating are sustainably provided by renewable energy sources. The apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), SAT-TV and a wooden floor with underfloor heating, which provides a pleasant indoor climate. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a baby crib and a high chair on request.

On the balcony equipped with garden furniture you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature and mountains with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. In the common area of Woldererhof you will find a house library with a sitting area and a relaxation room with loungers, as well as a communal barbecue on which you can prepare delicious meals. While you relax, the youngest guests can romp around the playground, pay a visit to the farm animals or take advantage of the many board games. In the communal sauna you can relax after a long day.

Due to the convenient location, you will find several restaurants, cafes and bars within 1-5 minutes by car (400 m to 3 km). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car (3 km). The Fugger town of Sterzing with its historic alleys and stores can also be reached after 3 km (5 minutes by car). In Sterzing there is also an indoor swimming pool with sauna area. A trip to the impressive natural spectacle "Gilfenklamm" is absolutely recommended (26 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car). In winter, the perfectly groomed slopes, cross-country skiing trails and toboggan runs attract you. In Sterzing you will find a mountain railroad that takes you up to 1,580 m to the Rosskopf.
