”This is a unique place that seems to be a labor of love for the owners. It is NOT corporate. Breakfasts were creative and good. Radium is a small town and some of the restaurants were booked up. We stayed 3 nights and ate at the "Horsethief" bar across the street, which was surprisingly good. The best part for us was easy access to trails in the Kootenai National Park. The Radium Hot Springs were nice, too.”

”The property is definitely stunning and close to many things, however I found myself disappointed. The room was okay. Good view and lots of room to store your items. However, the sheets had multiple hairs and same with the bathroom floor. The carpet was disgusting and dirty and lifting up in some areas. Water pressure in the shower was nice but we were provided with very little towels. The staff lack costumer service skills and are not personable. No proper check-out. My partner and I had to...

”The place was out dated , lots of wear , staff was good . Most of the things was not working , like the plugs in the washroom was not working to connect the dryer . No water bottle in the room , the water in the lobby was empty. The balcony was not clean . Overall if the price was from 80$-150 max it was nice . The price doesn’t match with the setup .”

”The section we were in is showing its age. Balcony furniture old and dilapidated. Bathroom sink taps were sticking badly. Restaurant not easily handicapped accessible.”

”Location can’t be beat, and check-in staff was nice enough. $215 is criminal though for the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Photos speak for themselves.”

”We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”
