”The family room worked well for our one-night stay in Bath. Weirdly, the room was equipped with towels and cups only for two guests. The spa is actually pretty nice in the hotel. It is also very well situated. ”

”Parking was easy and safe, we had a van so we needed plenty space. Breakfast was really good, the room was very large and so was the bathroom, all super clean. we had no time to try the pool sadly”

”The room was very comfortable and clean. And the staff very helpful. We were travelling and had to get up early so missed out on the breakfast. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities so cant comment on this. If we are in the area again we would stay here again. The only down side is there is not a restaurant onsite, we were given a list of places which was very helpful, the pub we chose was only 6 mins down the road in the car and was very welcoming and the food good.”

”This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. We felt very comfortable playing games and having drinks in the evening, enjoying the unique heated outdoor pool and generally relaxing. Our room was large with a huge, comfy bed with crispy clean linen and a lovely hot bath with bubbles. Our evening meal was exceptionally tasty and well presented - the baked Sole was the best...

”We had the best weekend away (without our kids). Perfect hotel for us - lots of character, attentive service, with luxury feel. Even with the bad weather we enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a lovely stay ”
