”The hotel was clean and tidy, there were shops and restuarants around the lower area of the hotel which has a good choice....
ONE MAJOR PROBLEM.. they have a roof top Bar and sunbeds but the Bar doesnt open till 15.00 hours so you cannot get a drink if you decide to sunbathe before this time you CANNOT......”

”Ensimmäisessä huoneessa ei toiminut ilmanvaihto, onneksi sain uuden paremman huoneen. Hotelli on miellyttävä tyyliltään ja arvostan ulkotilan tuntua aulassa ja käytävillä. Tunnelma on kuitenkin enemmän Disneyland kuin Banyan Tree. Uima-allas aivan liian pieni ja tungoksissa. Aamianen todella huono ja sielläkin liikaa tungosta.”

”I would have been very happy will this hotel if I was in Singapore on business. The room is large with a comfortable bed and good amenities. Very good shower and lovely hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion products. Breakfast is also 5 star with exceptional service and selection choice.
However I would not recommend this hotel for families. We booked this hotel as it offered early check in and late check out as an extra with the booking. We were told that the early check in/late check out...

”It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great.”
