"The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was updated and honestly really nice for a budget hotel.. however; when we arrived (late, exhausted), there was clearly urine in the toilet and splashed on the toilet seat and a beer can in the garbage. Beds were clean."

"I have stayed here every time I’ve been to Alma with no problems. This time, horrible. There were roaches in our room. They did move us rooms, after they gave us a can of flea and bed bug spray to try and kill them. I’m so glad I don’t have to ever go back. I would rather sleep in my car."
