”I hate to play the part of the disgruntled tourist, but this property left a few things to be desired. On one hand, the location is perfect and the room itself was reasonably sized and clean, save for a pretty thoroughly trafficked rug between the beds. The front desk staff was also consistently friendly and upbeat. On the other hand, it’s pretty deceptive to advertise both a pool and a hot tub then keep both off limits in the middle of summer. ”I would NOT recommend this hotel. We arrived around 7:30 PM with our two children and found no one at reception—just a sign telling us to come back at 8:15 PM. When we returned, the receptionist told us she could not find our Expedia reservation and that the room we had confirmed and paid for—two queen beds for a family of four—was not available. Her “solution” was to offer us a room with ONE king bed and some blankets. Were our children supposed to sleep on the floor? Even more concerning,...

”The hotel is a great location, across the street from the beach, boardwalk, and a great restaurant next door, and included a minimal continental breakfast. The summer rates were a medium cost, nearly $300/night. However, the room was not very clean. The bathroom/shower floor area obviously had not been cleaned well.
