”Great adult get away”

”Things were fine except the key card validator wasn’t working and so the front desk literally had to walk each patron to their room and unlock their door with a master key. Act of nature I suppose but when you still charge full price and MAJORLY inconvenience customers (as you couldn’t even leave the rm to get ice without having to have the front desk let you back in) there in lies the travesty!!!”

”It's located in good place. I stayed one night in double bedroom and was ok. The olny thing were, the shower curtain was dirty and the phone in rhe room didn't working. There's not an American breakfast,is just like a meal. The good thing was I did my late check out for 1 hr and I haven't to pay extra.”

”We went to the hotel quite late and checked he room. First we found quite a big black bug from the floor and when checking the beds we found bed bugs (adults) so whole hotel is probably filled with those. Room was allover very poorly cleaned and smelled disgusting. When we went to tell front dest about the bed bugs lady working there didn´t want to come to room by herself at all. After 15min she came to the room and confirmed that those were bed bugs. She tried to offer other room as well but...

”The air condition in my room was leaking on the carpet. I could smell the mildew when I walked in but the air freshener the hotel staff used covered it up the first couple of hours.”

”Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals. If anything, those rooms should be cleaned even more thoroughly to ensure guests are still comfortable. The bathroom also had issues, as water leaked out of the tub during...

”The room was not clean when I entered. I asked for another room and was denied this request. The next day, it was cleaned for me. Overall, I feel like the property is not well kept.”
