Fantastic 80 sqm apartment on the first floor of a newly renovated rural building located just 350 meters from the beach, with a large and bright living room kitchen and an exclusive furnished veranda, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in complete tranquility.Guests have access to a large outdoor area with garden and canopy, shared with the ground floor apartment.

The apartment, ideal for 3 people (max 4), is equipped with: Double bedroom with wardrobe; Single room (adaptable to double room) with wardrobe; Bathroom with shower and hairdryer; Living room with table, sofa, 32 "TV with digital terrestrial; Free WFi internet connection; Hot / cold air conditioner in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms; Kitchen with gas hob, pots and pans, fridge + freezer, electric oven and dishwasher; Laundry room with washing machine; Large public parking in front of the entrance.



Guests have a big garden which they shared with other people on the ground floor (Elisa 1).

Where applicable, the price never includes the tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Ragusa equal to 0.75 euros per night for each guest over 12 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive days of stay.

You must not make noise at night and in the afternoon hours from 14 to 17. Check in: between 16.00 and 20.00 Check out: by 10.00 Damage policy: during the stay, if the traveler or the people staying with him should damage the property, they will be responsible for it. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 200 is required. It will be returned at check out except for any damages caused. Cancellation policy: as per booking conditions Final cleaning: included in the booking rate. Tourist tax: 0.75 per night/person calculated for the first 7 nights, only for over 12s. Consumption: included in the booking rate Bed linen and towels: included in the booking rate Pets: not allowed in the structure. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

The house is 400 meters from the beach and the promenade of Marina di Ragusa (the promenade is the centre) where there are bars and restaurants. On foot it is possible to reach a minimarket, the bakery, the butcher's shop, the fruit and vegetable shops which are all located around the main square (which is about 500 meters from the apartment). The main supermarket in Marina di Ragusa is in the suburban area and is about 1.5 km away, so a car is recommended (even if they still go on foot in some cases)
