”Property was very clean. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was a little tight, but room size was good. We enjoyed our stay. Nice Breakfast.”

”Room was clean and a good size for the price. We requested the shower chair because the wheelchair accesible room didn't have it, but the personal was efficient and found us one. The gym needed love but it was usable. I'll definitely come back.”

”Our stay was ok. I usually have a better experience with Holiday inn. The pool was under maintenance and they did not inform us before we booked. One of my main reasons for booking that hotel was because of the indoor pool. The AC did not work very well so the room was warm. The beds were not the best. The sheets were clean but housekeeping does not keep up with the dust. They also tries to charge my card three times. ”

”Staff was kind, courteous, professional and attentive! The hotel was clean, but there were certain things that needed to be addressed in our room and in common areas, but way things to be fixed. Nothing that would deter me from staying again, as these were mostly cosmetic things that needed attention. ”

”Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed. So I'm not even sure what they real reason was. The...

”The Holiday Inn express in Hunt Valley is basically to me a business hotel. It’s not a place to go for a vacation, but it’s very clean and probably the most affordable hotel in the Hunt Valley area. The hotel is clean, the staff is very efficient, which is all you need for a hotel.”

”Refrigerator made noise the whole stay, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice people. But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. ”
