”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”Right in the heart of Chinatown and super close to transport to get you anywhere you wanna go in the city. The room was clean, the cable was wonderful. It can be a bit loud being close to the fire station, but that didn’t keep me awake personally.”

”Rooms are phenomenal if staying for a week or so. Little kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and dishes allows you to save money or save leftovers. I was there for about a week for a conference, there is a bridge so I didn’t have to step outside in the cold! Nice little market with a decent selection of beers. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday, it’s okay. It’s free and offered daily so can’t expect five star made to order but there’s a good selection. I will probably be trying...

”Pool was closed and they could not give an estimate as to when it would be available again. Went to VU and it took us 20+ minutes to get waited on. Pool finally reopened the next day and the bottom of the pool is deteriorating. Got locked out of the room because the door battery went out”

”Excellent, friendly and responsive staff. Clean, quiet and very comfortable room and bedding. Close to all things of interest. Will definitely stay there again!!”

”The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was super nice and even gave a number to contact them if i needed anything at all. The location was so nice because it was near everything so there was no need for a car as well. The host was very considerate and even included earplugs and a white noise machine because of the close proximity of the railway! Would definitely recommend to others!”

”Tyttären kanssa asuimme kahden makuuhuoneen asunnossa. Tilaa ja omaa rauhaa oli mukavasti. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen, mutta astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän, ettei olisi tarvinnut pestä niitä niin usein. Kylpyhuoneet vaatisivat perusteellisempaa suursiivousta. Kuntosali oli kookas ja välineitä riittävästi.”

”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”

”Dirty!! no bar soap. Bathroom was dirty, shower tub was clogged as you showered, carpet was dirty, on the 2nd day we asked them to tidy up the room, but the cleaning lady did not even step in the room. ”
