”Home was comfortable with lots of room to visit and kids to play, close to shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved staying here. 3 brothers and their families and everyone had room. It was perfect. Host was quick to respond when I had a question and house was clean and stocked with necessities. Would 100% stay here again!”

”Very nice house, great place to stay. Lots of seating, both inside and in the different outside areas. We all very much liked it and would gladly stay again. It was our first time on Anderson Island and definitely not our last. A few caveats, though- the driveway is steep, and made of loose gravel. Can be a bit tricky, particularly if your car is loaded with multiple people. The bunkbeds in the main floor bedroom are rated for a weight limit of 165 lbs- so probably just for kids or smaller...

”My family plus friends needed a place where we could all gather. Dustin was an incredibly gracious host who was very helpful an accommodating. His details were through and it allowed us to enjoy our time together without having to chase questions down.”

”This was a very cool house that I would recommend to most families. Two families could stay in this house together, but more than that it's not comfortable for the adults. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs for adult couples to stay in and an upstairs loft with a ton of space for kids to sleep. The upstairs loft does have a queen bed for a couple who's willing to sleep upstairs with the kids. This is what we had to do and it was very difficult to sleep because the noise from downstairs carries...

”We had a nice weekend stay at this historic house. All appliances and conveniences have been updated with the latest, and we felt comfortable and at home there. Parking is a bit tight in the alley, but our Subaru Outback fit fine. The location is in walking distance to the Capitol building and many downtown locations.”
