”The apartment is decorated beautifully. It looks like something out of a magazine. The master bedroom had an enormous bathroom. The wallpaper in the unit is so fun and pretty. The location is perfect for walking to downtown restaurants. Please be aware that you can hear the train whistle from the condo. Also, the sofa in the living room is not a pullout, but it is deep enough to be a twin bed sleeping option. We would definitely recommend staying here!”

”This apartment was really nicer it's was on the third floor lots of steps. We stayed 6 days there is a washer and dryer which was really nice. The master bathroom has a really nice tub/shower but water pressure was really bad we all ended up using the guest bathroom. And the water never really get hot. So turned all the way to hot it was just warm. And we did find extra towels they were in the dryer. But great location Trader Joe's really close by. I would definitely stay again. Owner was...

”The condominium was pristine and Andrea a delight to work with. She always responded to any questions very quickly and was most pleasant and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s easy to get to the college, the hospital, many restaurants, grocery stores, and down town Chapel Hill from this location. There are woods at the beginning of the property with a lovely walking trail. Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone staying in the Chapel Hill area.”
