”Great service at this hotel. Room and bathroom i stayed in was clean. Restaurant food very tasty. Easy walk to Ganga river and Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Arti. Only downside. The electric kept going down. Most 95% of the time it came right back up. ”

I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. ”Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place. ”I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...
