âWe had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lamaâs 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfectâclose to the main templeâwith an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!â
âThe property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. Sonya, the concierge manager is really fantastic and makes you feel like a special guest at this truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!â

âGood location in McLeod. Spacious room, hot water worked well & although the room was very cold at night, they provided a heater for approx. ÂŁ3 per night. Good value for money overall! â
âAmazing hotel had a fabulous time superb location stunning view but what really made it was the staff who made us feelso at home nothing too much trouble. Big shout out to Vijay who elevate our whole stay with his help and friendshipâ
âThe hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption.
Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

âThis is the second time I have stayed at Buddha's Abode. They had only just opened last year and it is pleasing to see an additional floor has opened up.
The views of the mountains are the best in Mcleod Ganj and the location is fantastic for all that the area has to offer.
The staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly, and really made my stay even better than expected.
