”We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.”

”We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks.”

”The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. ”We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager.
