”Very helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. The whole place is clean and there are bouncy castles in the garden for children. They take blue light cards for food. The major disappointment is that the bar and main building shuts at 10pm promptly. Thus no more drinks even for residents and you can’t even sit in the building which is locked. Thus you either sit in the garden or go to your room. Sadly there is nowhere nearby to get a drink etc. crazy beating in kind we were there for Friday...

”Having lived near the Watermill Premier Inn during my younger years, I thought I'd enjoy the stay during a recent visit back home from the USA. Unfortunately, the Pub and Hotel has declined and are both in need of some desperate attention. The Hotel needs a makeover, with new paint and room accessories. Air Conditioning would be a benefit along with in room refrigerators and coffee makers. Outside, landscaping and decor could also use some work. Overgrown shrubs, lawns and trees are not a...

”The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!”

”Very pleasant room in pub /hotel in centre of town with fast wifi and all amenities. Cooked breakfast also included -although quite a short time for breakfast - between 8.30 and 10 on a Saturday. But breakfast was fine.”

”This is a great resort tucked away on the hillside of Chelmsform. My wife and I stayed a couple days. Will definitely return.”

”Easy access, located just off M25. Room was of a decent size, with snacks, bottled water and much needed air con. Bathroom was a little small. Swimming pool and gym was adequate. Restaurant choice was good and seating area wonderful. Might consider returning, even if not staying, Parking charge should be exempt for guests.”
