”Amazing experience. We even got complimentary snacks downstairs like water, chips, soda, and some dessert items. There was even a 24/7 coffee bar. The employees were so nice as well.”

”The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”

”Great stay. We were here for 4 nights with kids and pets and it was a comfortable and clean stay. The room was large enough to sleep all of us and the incredibly high ceilings and windows made it feel spacious. Would stay again anytime.”

”I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.”

”Over all, the place was great! Only 2 complaints I have is that the WiFi was extremely slow, so if you need to work, use your hotspot, if you have it. And the water pressure was low. Other than those two minor things, the place was very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband, son-in-law, and grandkids did and they loved it. Will definitely stay there again.”
