”The hotel could really use a face lift. The furniture was old and had lots of cosmetic damage/stains. The floors/carpets were pretty heavily stained. There were no extra blankets in the room and room attendance took over 30 minutes and my kiddo was falling asleep so I went to go get blankets. The staff were not friendly, in fact kinda cold. The pool had no lights in the pool or around the pool so at 730p the kids were out swimming without lights. We stayed for about 10 minutes before I decided...

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...

”Was only going to stay one night but decided on a second.
Everything about the hotel was excellent, staff included. Breakfast great!
My only problem were the pillows…..too small and flattened easily even when doubled up.
Staff replaced them for the second night, and we might possibly stay a third white we tour the area.
The hotel is a bit dated but is still in good shape. ”
