Recent, careful renovation has brought the villa back to its former charm, evoking the authentic atmosphere of old time Sicilian homes. The property is made up of two units: the first floor of the main villa with access via an outdoor staircase, and the annex.
This villa is perfect for a family or small group of friends looking for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. It’s also an excellent base for exploring Etna and its incredible natural scenery; and the charming villages at the foot of the mountain, rich with tradition and superb food and wine.
At guests' disposal: private pool heated to 24°C (7 x 4 meters; minimum depth: 1,50 meters; maximum depth: 1,50 meters); Wifi internet; parking; outdoor kitchen; ping pong table.
Included in the price: tidy up of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, 4 hours per week.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
