We chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a private jacuzzi, which was the main reason we paid extra for this room.
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, our room was not ready at the posted check-in time, and we had to wait over an hour past check-in before we could enter. When we finally got into the room, it had a very strong odor, even after it had been cleaned.
The private jacuzzi that we paid extra for was also not usable. We had to call the staff for help because the cover was strapped down differently than the instructions we were given over the phone. Once staff came to assist and we opened it, it was clear that the jacuzzi did not have adequate water in it and could not be used.
When we asked if we could move to another room, we were told that this was the only room available with a jacuzzi, which was the primary feature we had booked the room for.
Overall, we paid extra for an amenity that we were unable to use, and the delayed check-in and room conditions made the experience even more frustrating.
