”Chambre très propre, literie excellente. Salle de bain très propre, avec douche à l’italienne où l’eau s’écoule très bien et une vraie porte de douche qui évite d’inonder le sol à l’extérieur de la douche. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Garage à vélos et lavage disponible, très pratique quand on revient d’une sortie vtt un peu humide. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.”

”Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....

”We had an excellent stay of 1 week. The residence has great facilities and very friendly and efficient staff. The only improvements I would have liked are: 1. A change of towels mid-week 2. Better quality and a range of bed pillows (the ones we had were thin and lumpy). The Samoens area is excellent. With a wide range of things to do for a family and a great village centre. ”
