”Many of the coastline hotels in Grottammare are built in the 60s and 70s and are outdated. We wanted to stay in a fresher place and this one was a very good choice. Everything worked well, it was clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My favourite was the rooftop pool and sunbathing area but also the ground floor pool and especially having the breakfast next to it was a great experience. I think I have never spent that much time at the breakfast. I had no hurry to finish my...

”Close to the train station, short walk to the mall area where Tuesday markets are on. room is very tiny, bathroom is very compact with no toilet privacy if that is what you need. The shower had a ledge cut into the bathroom, and water from the shower gets onto this ledge and runs along it wetting the toilet paper if thats where you keep it, no toilet roll holder. The aircon was not great at all, and 35C days this was a considerable issue, but thankfully it was for one night. The pics on the...

”Tosi huippu hotelli, ainoa miinus englannin kielen osaaminen huonoa, mut aina saatiin asiat hoidettua :)”

”Perfetta! Staff molto cordiale, struttura pulitissima, ottima e variegata colazione”

”This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare.”

”Price-quality ratio was excellent and I enjoyed my stay. Easy to arrive by car, parking spaces available. And the breakfast was excellent too, many choises of delicious pies besides normal items like bread, yoghurt etc.”

”Very comfortable. Beautiful setting in the countryside. Wine tasting experience was amazing. Lots of options for self-serve breakfast. Wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and kind. Hope to return every year.”

”Im sorry the place is not right $345.00 for a place that has no air conditioning the amenities are sub route 66 motel standard , felt ripped off read carefully before booking this lemon ,”

Colazione dolce e salata a buffet, molto curata. Parcheggio disponibile compreso nella tariffa.”
