”The only good thing in this hotel was the young and slim girl at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. When we got to the room it smelled like an ashtray (non-smoking room) and the sheets felt like they were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. There was only coffee and cereals to choose from but no bowls or milk for them. Once we asked the older lady at the front desk, she grunted and took bowls out of the cupboards. Not good customer service.. this wasn't our first similar experience at...

” Unfortunately, this whole experience has been really difficult for us. The toilet clogged after just one use, and we noticed ants and other bugs throughout the place. We also saw a dead bedbug, which is really concerning. Since we have a toddler at home, we can’t take any chances with that.
The hospitality was appreciated, but the cleanliness of the place wasn’t acceptable for the price being charged.

”I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. ”Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station.
