"Rousa little guesthouse Cosy Plus" with breakfast included!

Rousa, a small, fine guesthouse in the middle of Oberrasen in the beautiful Antholz Valley. Here an old, simple farmhouse meets original design.



The mini-apartment "cosy plus" on the 1st floor is a good 20 m² and comes with a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and safe. The kitchenette has a hob, fridge with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and dishwashing utensils.

In the bathroom, a shower, WC, bidet shower and washbasin, hairdryer, towels and hand soap await.



The beautiful balcony invites you outdoors, and our guests also have free use of the small private courtyard with herb garden and outdoor lounge.



The original parlour on the ground floor serves a delicious breakfast every day. This cosy room is also a great place to linger during the day or in the evening. Lots of books, card and board games as well as a trust bar await you there!



Final cleaning included, for more than 7 days also an intermediate cleaning.

Free parking in the immediate vicinity, for an extra fee per day. One of the 2 parking spaces at the house can be reserved.

A table seat is available free of charge for children, and a baby cot is also available for a daily fee. The playground is only 2 min away.
