”The hotel did not have an elevator. The hotel also had a fabulous vintage charm and vibe about it. It was beautiful and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The location is decent.”

”I never had of Newcastle West before, but if you are ever in this town, this is the place to be. My wife considered the breakfast "the best Irish breakfast in Ireland," and who am I to disagree? We truly enjoyed our stay (and the breakfast) as well the friendly staff including (especially Derek the manager). We need disability-friendly accommodations, and this hotel, in this regard, was a great place to stay. The true test of any hotel, is "Would you go back?," and we would gladly come back...

”Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any requests. We are group of 4 families and the owner arranged kitchen staff to make breakfast to our liking and packed for some of our members who could not be on site for breakfast. We would definitely recommend the place without hesitation. ”
