”Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...

”Overall my stay was good. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn’t ready - and this was at 4:00 pm. I had to wait until 5:30 to get my room, which I thought was very unprofessional. Being that check in is at 3:00 I’m, I didn’t feel that this was fair. The room was nice, the neighborhood was also nice - not ideal with no car. I didn’t eat here but the menu looked decent. ”

”Really nice hotel with unique features. Definitely check out the Dome Room. Centrally located with a train stop right outside. Our room was pretty small, but we didn't mind. The free breakfast was a nice perk. Room service never came - not sure if we had to request it. But regardless, we had a great stay and would return again!”

”The staff were really nice, though the whole hotel needs a renovation. Many little things: the whole place smells stale, the bath tub drips, there’s rust and some of the rooms are not even furnished properly. At the condition as it is now, I would not recommend.”
