”Sweet place. More spacious than you’d think and was also in great condition. Desolate location so it felt very private. No complaints.”

”We had such a great stay. Julie was so friendly and kind and responsive. It was the best communication I've with any VRBO host. The house was cozy and comfortable and had a lot of character. The woodwork was beautiful and the back yard was lovely! It was so close to the downtown area with so many shops, restaurants, etc. They even had a street festival on front street the night we were there! I wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here again!!”

”The house is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, clean, and comfortable for 5 to 6 people. The kitchen is outfitted with up-to-date appliances. If you have older people or difficulty walking, there are a lot of stairs to climb in order to enter the house. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and efficient.”

”Free parking made getting around simple, especially when exploring nearby attractions like the zoo.”

”Absolutely lovely home, communication with the host was exceptional!”

”It was a very nice clean home host was easy to communicate with”

”Nice property to accommodate our 6 travelers. Lighting was a little dim but overall a good experience. Property had amenities we were not able to enjoy because of our own commitments but would have been nice if we had the time.”

”Great place for multiple families to stay. We enjoyed the space and having the park across the street was really nice. Great communication and response from the host. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

”Great place to spend a week, close to stores and main roads.”

”We had a very nice stay while visiting family in the local area. Very clean and accommodating. Host was responsive to any questions we had. Great location very close to Lake Milton. Only thing is if you’re older and/or lacking mobility the stairs are very steep, which access the bedrooms with the king and twin beds. Though there’s a bedroom on the first floor as well. Overall a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood.”

”Easy check in - out”

”We had a very enjoyable stay at Builditplace! The LEGO-themed design is very unique, creative, and especially fun for families with children. The neighborhood also felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. We really appreciated the host’s local restaurant recommendations. Uncle Tito’s and Sunrise Social were both excellent choices and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property provides bar soaps but not shower gel or shampoo, so guests may want to bring their own...

”Absolutely perfect. Beautiful country home on a farm. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Amish store and restaurant just minutes away. Hosts left snacks and a variety of coffee and creamer choices. WiFi was great too as I had very little cell phone reception on the property. ”

”Nice clean home. Fenced in yard.”

”Really nice place. Even better value. There is nearby construction but it didn't really bother us. The location worked out really well for our Chuyahoga NP family vacation. It's only about 8 minutes to Brandywine Falls.”
