”Everything was perfect from the cleanliness down to the consideration of us as guests: heater on upon arrival, plenty of food to get us through to the next day .. croissants, breakfast cereals, wine! chocolates. The bedding was super comfy and heating in all rooms. Kerry was perfect as host xhecking that we were OK and passing on her contact details. Even the Keysafe worked first time!!!! Will definitely be back”

”Within walking distance of centre of town. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything you would need. Heating was a bit of a mixture of gas fire place in kitchen/family room & hot water wall panel heaters, which unfortunately were not working but will be fixed. Oil fin heaters were put in each bedroom, temporarily. Garage holds 2 vehicles but was a bit tight as some old furniture was placed along side wall. We enjoyed the stay & would stay again.”

”A group of friends and I had a wonderful stay at Sandra's property in Bendigo recently. Check in was super smooth and no-fuss. The property was in impeccable condition, and thoughtfully the heater was left on for our arrival, which was such a welcome gesture on a cold day! There was ample room for all of us, a comforting and generous lounge room to spend time together, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. The bunks were great for adults, also. The kitchen was also well...

”Styled very well, super well equipped with all we needed, quality bed linen. We stayed during July and it was very cold, the central heating system was struggling to keep up, it did not work effectively unless we kept it on 24/7, it did not seem able to reach the temperature we wanted so we needed to put it on a bit higher than we wanted to be comfortable. It may not have helped that there were louvre windows in the toilet, and it is an old house, so cold air was coming in a bit, perhaps that's...
