”The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”

”Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. ”

”The sound proofing is amazing. Despite being next to a mosque I wasn't woken up at 5am. The place was clean. Check in was a hassle as they can't do multiple forms of payment to pay for the hotel.”

”I don’t see a lobby , it’s not possible to check in if you don’t have data, but it’s okay for a couple nights .”

”La mejor opción, calidad relación precio para un fin de semana.”

”Good place to stay for the money we paid unfortunately the pool was advertised and it was closed for a month so that was a little disappointing but overall we had a good time”

”Excellent place to stay! The apartment had everything I needed - comfortable bed, washing machine, kitchen, water filterer. The apartmen was spacious and tidy. And what an amazing view! The building felt safe and the staff was friendly. Walkable location. Views from the pool are absolutely amazing.”

”The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.”

”The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused.”

”Good accommodation with a good price in KL Sentral.”
