”I called and spoke with Jackie at the front desk. I had a funeral to attend and needed to get in early to get ready. When I arrived she had everything ready for me. Very nice and great service . The hotel and room is very clean and the holiday decorations gave it a very welcoming feel. ”

”Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was tasty. Ample parking and amenities close by. Would definitely return. ”

”Only downside was that we asked about a 2 hour late check out, and they wanted to charge us $45. It was obvious from the parking lot that they were not busy, and this was, to me, an insult! Otherwise wonderful. Grumble, grumble.”

”I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo/Amherst/University for 8 days and 7 nights. The weekend nights were a little loud with kids roaming the halls late into the night, but this is not uncommon at most hotels, and I have great earplugs for sleep. I did not have the breakfast once while I was there, so I cannot review it. The parking was great, and I was able to park very close to the hotel the entire week.
