”Very nice stay. Staff helpful. Restaurant good food. Guys out front great! Don’t like 1 door on shower. Water too hot and when you turned it down there was less water and you were right under shower head and so close to shelf with toiletries you hit it. Towels too rough”

”It is a beautiful property and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Location is great. One elevator out of two has been out of service for a while. Our room never got serviced during the day despite leaving a message to do so, at the front desk in the morning. We were delayed in arriving by a day due to flight cancellations, but the property manager refused to refund one night's charges. It is a wonderful property and I wish we received better service, so that I could give it 5 stars.”

”The hotel staff was excellent. Friendly and quick to help when asked. My only issue is with the restaurants and bar. The bar told us on Friday that they'd open at 3:00, then said 4:00. Only after I and several other guests complained did they open the bar. Once there, I tried to order a "Match Day" drink special, only to be told that it wasn't available despite it being an actual match day and the drink being prominently promoted on at least two large placards. ”Room had no tv, no minibar. Ac was floor mounted (those portable devices). Noisy. No towels. No cleaning. Not worth the money. Only pro: the location.”

”There is front desk but very limited hours so be mindful of that. To get in, after you purchase, they give you a hotel front door code and a code for your room. Our room was open, not closed, which I didn't like as we arrived later in the evening. The bathroom appeared clean but also smelled strongly of urine. Also the carpet in the room/building is very outdated. I would say the lobby area is fairly nice and it's a very nice street (16th street)”

”Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned.
