”Wonderful place to stay. My family and I had a great time staying at this place. It’s 1h from Yosemite and the place was clean, comfortable, with the kitchen stocked well. I love that it is quiet and it felt like home away from home. Definitely would stay here again. The down side is that there were ants and we had to make sure everything was put away otherwise it would be covered with ants.”

Our reservation was for 5 adults and 4 kids- I looked at hotels near the area but given the family size getting a private property is a lot more ideal. The house was clean and spacious. ”Bring earplugs &/or white noise. You’re sharing a home with the hosts, so sounds from their living area leak past interior doors. Kudos to them for being willing to share an attached dwelling with strangers — I don’t think I could! Other things to be aware of: You may be charged $25 extra if unable to check in at the appointed time. The short access road is bumpy, dusty gravel. Otherwise, all routes are paved. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was nice to meet their dogs and cats...

”Cabin was clean and adequately set up for comfortable furnishing and dining. The surrounding property was unappealing as it was not kept up. The deck was very nice with comfortable furnishings. The stairs from the parking area could be challenging for anyone with weak legs. The biggest negative (only because day tempts were hot) was the inadequate cooling of the interior, especially the master bedroom. Upstairs bedrooms had adequate ac units. ”This little house was simply adorable. From the bunnies and turkeys to the front porch. It was perfect after long days in the park. Excellent location to multiple entrances. My only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, especially for visitors coming from the east coast. It stayed light so long and it was difficult to fall asleep. ”It was in a quite residential area with room ( 5+ acres but we didn't walk the whole property ) and off the beaten path which I really wanted. The host's offering of EV charger was also extremely convenient. We'd have to drive 35 mins to Oakhurst to charge but we didn't have to so we were able to try the food places that we wanted in Mariposa side. Overall, it was quite a nice stay.”
