”Breakfast was very sub par not hot or fresh. Beds had a lot of staining. Ac took awhile to get room cold. When asked for a fan was told there weren’t any. ”

”First room we had had a significant water leak. Got moved to Another room that had burn marks on the blankets. Dried blood on the bathroom door. Dried blood on the wall near the table. Exhaust fan did not work properly. Coffee maker was in non-working order. ”

”The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. ”

The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. ”Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. As for the staff, the person who checked me in was nice and attentive. However, the person next to them was either...

”Staff was friendly. Parking was good. We were on the top floor and the hot water took longer than it should have to get warm/hot. Other than that it was a good stay.”
