”The staff was great”

”We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room was small but well designed. The bed was very comfortable and the large balcony was perfect with beautiful views. The cool pool was not open while we were there but the large warm pool and two small hot ones were nice, as well as the steam room and dry sauna. The breakfast was good and many dishes from the restaurant were as well. With that said, some dishes lacked flavor like the pasta and a sandwich was not edible. ”Hotellin henkilökunta ei tiedä, että hotellivarauksen voi tehdä hotels.com:issa. He eivät myöskään tiedä, että hotels.com lähettää asiakkaalle viestin, jossa kerrotaan, että maksu veloitetaan kortilta ja hotellilla on 0 euroa maksettavana. Kohdallani kävi nimittäin niin, että hotellilla minulle kerrotaan, ettei maksua ole tullut ja korttini on invalid (!). Korttimaksu ei onnistu myöskään hotellilla johtuen puutteellisista tietoliikenneyhteyksistä ja aina vaan syytetään epäkelvottomasta kortista...

”The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...
