”The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay.”

”The room was impeccably clean. Linens were high quality. Shower water pressure was perfect. Breakfast options were great. Business area looked incredible, however, I was on personal travel so I didn't utilize it. ”

”Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

”Under renovation (which is a good thing). Room was nice and clean (although carpets are stained in hallways and in room...hope that new carpetting is in the renovation plan). I didn't use pool or hot tub, but looked really tempting! The biggest beef was breakfast or lack thereof. Waffles (standard to most hotels nowadays, but all they had beside that was toast and cold cereal (but I didn't see any milk). Coffee was out. I ended up going to Denny's. Bed comfortable. All in all, I guess you get...

”Pros: Friendly and attentive staff, Clean and well-maintained rooms, Comfortable beds, nice TV's, excellent breakfast options (get in line early for a chef-made omelette!), Small work table for productivity. Cons: Small/Tight parking spaces, Noisy (though cool) air conditioners, constant shortage of towels by the pool, weak toilets. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, although the price was a little steep. 4/5”
