”The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

”Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again.”

”What a great place. Super friendly and helpful staff. I loved the decor and VERY CLEAN (outside needs weeding though :). We stayed in and watched a movie in the community room and had a great night with wine and cheese overlooking Mt Snow.”

”The property was a retro experience, which was okay. A few issues: 1. The electrical outlets didn't work well - we plugged a couple of devices overnight and they weren't charged at all by morning. The multi-plug extender provided connections that were too loose to work. 2. The sink was very small (about 8.5 x 11) with a cabinet overhang. It was difficult to impossible to position your mouth over the sink while brushing your teeth. 3. I wanted to lower the temperature in the shower and...

”This was a hidden gem. It was so clean and quiet. Definitely a place for peace and quiet. Rooms were super clean and the attention to detail was amazing. Will definitely be back.”

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”We booked this hotel as a half way point on our way to Niagara Falls. From the moment we checked in the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the amenities were nice. My family enjoyed swimming in the pool. It’s near a chilis which was nice to stop and have dinner. If ever in the area again we would stay again!”
