"Wife and I were looking for a home in TN and Charles was not only a great host but friendly, respectable and offered great areas to search. Everything we needed on the luxurious 2nd floor was provided. He makes the best blue berry scones. Can’t wait to thank him when we close on our new house!"

Great for our Girls Week!
"Property is exactly as pictured and described and was an ideal home base for our Girls Week exploring Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, and more. Home is clean, and we appreciated having coffee ready for the Keurig machine. Very reasonable pricing for the area as well. Thanks!"
