”In our room we found strands of hair on the shampoo bottles, pubic hair on one of the “clean” towels, and blood on one of the pillows and pillows covers.”

”The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always very helpful, kind and polite. The outdoor pool was large and fun for the kids. The breakfast was small and didn't offer a lot of options but it was nice that it was included. The rooms were clean and the parking lot was well lit which was a huge plus when you get back to the hotel late. The only downside was there aren't any hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang your towels and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Other than that...

”I've been staying at this hotel for a very long time and normally I have very good customer service and experience but this time they overbooked and had tons of cars and one of the customer service representative suggested that I park my car across the street at midnight I’ve been coming from my church function. The parking is horrible and unsafe and when ask for security escort, they could not provide one to me.”

”The room/hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical watery scrambled eggs, potatos, waffle, biscuit and gravy. The biggest complaint was the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from 8-10pm. The TV service was very spotty.”

”When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe.”

”Wallace and Nancy are the most gracious hosts. The property is beautiful, you can feel your stress melt away, and while this property is very close to the best restaurants and shopping, when hanging out at the cottage it is easy to forget you are in the city, it feels like you have escaped to the countryside. We had the best breakfast in the mornings....mixed fresh fruit with creme and granola, followed by eggs benedict and for dessert gooey homemade brownie...was just one of the awesome treats...
