”This hotel was very conveniently located, in great condition, clean and easy to check in-to with a room code texted to me before arrival. FYI there is no staff onsite but they answered the phone when called and gave us late checkout with no difficulty. Would highly recommend for an affordable, amenity-light stay in Moab.”

”Beautiful new hotel with a great pool area and friedly staff. Unfortunately our room 304 had the hotel ventilation machinery directly above, and there is an occasional very loud metallic resonance noise. Woke us up several times on the first night, but luckily not on the remaining two nights we stayed therre. ”

”Didnt have any hangers in the closet. Went down and asked the kid behind the counter. He said they didnt have any. Phone in the room didn't work. WIFI was spotty at best. Wife asked the kid behind the counter. He said the town only had two separate WIFIs in all of MOAB, and because they were busy, it wasn't working well. I will not use this Hotel in the future, and will not recommend it to others. ”

”Loved this property and our stay! The townhouse was beautiful, and our boys had a blast running around. Everything felt comfortable and easy, and we really enjoyed a few relaxed breakfasts together. The coffee shop was delicious, and the staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. And of course, the cat was the highlight for my boys.
