”Nicely restored hotel in a historic building on the Main Street of a small peaceful town on the Nebraska prairie. Friendly and welcoming staff made for an especially pleasant stay. It was so nice to get off the freeway to see rural Nebraska. ”

Red Cloud still has some cobblestone streets and many of the downtown properties are being renovated. Grain trucks can be a little loud during harvest, but I slept well. Got up early to catch the sunrise on the Willa Cather Prairie. ”
