Close to town and comfortable for everyone! The townhome is just up the hill from Red Lodge and only minutes from shops, restaurants, and all the fun Red lodge has to offer. Soak in the hot tub while looking out over the mountains and enjoy some time with your whole crew in this accommodating townhome. This property has 3 bedrooms including two queen rooms, a bunk room with a twin and full bed, and pullout sofa in the living room. Stocked up with your essentials you need for a fantastic stay!



The Space:

The mountain view villas are a great location where you get mountain views and easy access to town! This townhome has some crowd favorite features including a hot tub and dog friendly.



The lower level has a queen bedroom with rustic features, a dresser with great storage for your personal items, and is just next to the downstairs full bath. The full bathroom downstairs has a bath tub/shower combo.



You then step into the main living area with the living room, dining area, laundry, and kitchen. This is a perfect space for hanging out and enjoying a meal and laugh. The livingroom has a large TV and roku great for a chill night in. The couch pulls out to a full bed for some additional sleeping options.



Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small office nook. Just atop the stairs is a desk with great light in case you need a quiet moment to shoot an email or write a postcard.



To your left is a queen bedroom with full closet, dresser, comfortable bed, TV with streaming, and a private balcony overlooking the mountains!



Across the hall is the bunk bedroom, with a full and twin bed. This bunk bed is sitauted for access on both sides of the full bed so that you dont have to crawl across another person. The twin has steps vs and ladder for more comfortable access. There is a TV with streaming and a very large closet for guests.



Between the bedrooms is another full bathroom also fully stocked and set up with a shower.



This home is not only comfortable for 9 people but you can bring up to 2 dogs as well!



Enjoy a soak on the front deck in your own hot tub. This is conveniently located just outside the front door for your easy use.



Experience Red Lodge, prepare dinner at home, and then relax on your balcony and watch the sun set over the Beartooth Mountains. With stunning views, comfort and a great location close to town, Villa South is a great choice for your next stay.

The Neighborhood:

Minutes from Red Lodge, Montana located on the golf course. This home is in a complex of multiple condos just off the main road. There are walking trails, the fairgrounds, and the dog park near by.



If you are looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the area, Red Lodge is hard to beat. Enjoy watching the wildlife wander by including deer, moose, and turkeys. Red Lodge has many parks for that have great amenities including river access for Rock Creek, disc golf, tennis and pickleball, play structures, basketball courts. ice skating in the winter and farmers markets in the summers, baseball fields and soccer fields, a city pool, and green spaces with canopies of trees. There are also several trails including Rocky Fork trail that follows the edge of the bench for great views or a small trail down by Rotary Park that follows the river.



For the adventurers Red Lodge is nestled at the base of the Beartooths and sits just outside the Custer-Gallatin National Forest. So whether you want to explore the Nordic Trails in the winter, hike the mountain trails in the summer, or angle the rivers and streams, we have it all in our backyard.



Skiers and Riders can come together here at Red Lodge Mountain and enjoy the fresh groomed trails of Lazy M or find themselves in the steeps and deeps of Headwaters.



The Beartooth Highway is must in the Summer months. Take in the views from one of the most scenic drives in the country. The Beartooth Highway will bring you to the top of the world and you will enjoy high cascade lakes, wildlife, wildflowers, and stunning twists and turns.



Yellowstone National Park is only 70 miles south of Red Lodge via the Beartooth Pass in the summer months. It is about a 3 hour tour to get there through Silver Gate, but it is a trip you wont forget!



Getting Around:

Villa South is located less than a mile from downtown Red Lodge.



Yellowstone National Park is about 70 miles away via the Beartooth Pass, which is a beautiful scenic drive, but it takes at least two hours to get there due to the twists and turns.



Red Lodge Mountain is only about 15 minutes away.

Dogs are allowed at this property with prearrangement (max 2). There is a $50 pet fee for your stay. You are responsible for cleaning up after them and disposing of their waste. You are responsible for being in control of your dog(s) at all times. There is regular large wildlife at this property, and we want your pets to stay safe. Do not leave your pets unattended in the home. Only kennel your pets if they are kennel trained. Additional fees may be charged for any accidents in the home, additional required cleaning including excessive shedding, or damage to the home or furniture.

The home is managed by a small local property management company. We will pre-check the property for you and have everything ready for your stay. We are available by phone or can be at the property to assist as needed.
