”Young men working the desk are helpful, attentive and nice. The guy who seems to be the manager is not very helpful. Says that housekeeping is out today- understandable that happens. The issue is that during a two week stay, the room was NEVER once cleaned or vacuumed, no bedding or towels washed or even swapped out.
