”I took my kids to see real snow and attempt to teach them to ski and this place was perfect for us. Little kitchen for quick stuff, restaurants within a short walk, grocery store across the street, and a huge enclosed hot tub. I felt very safe, too.”

”I’ll never stay anywhere else. The property manager was so good to us. Any and all questions were answered almost immediately. The cabin was very clean with no surprises, and it’s so conveniently centered right in the middle of town where we could walk to everything. The best part? It was only moments away from the lift house that takes you right to the top of the mountain! Thank you to all the staff that helped make our first family trip perfect. ”

”This place is terrible!! Nothing like the picture show!! Cabin was not clean,had a hole in the bathroom floor, bathroom door would not even shut! Water leak in the bathroom floor! Blue line on the TV at all times! Just to name a few of the issues!! Could not get a response from the host by text or phone call. I tried several times! We had to find another place to stay!! I have pictures of what they say it looks like and what it actually looks like!”

”We arrived on a Friday at 3am. We booked thursday all day so we had a place to stay when we got to red river at 3am like planned. Even told the booking lady about getting there late. We received email that our room was a certain number and code to get in. Once we arrived we could Not get into our room at 3am and there was no phone number to get ahold of to help us.
