”Worst service ever”

”Great room with an incredible view. Clean, quiet and close to shopping.”

”Clean, bright room and sunset view. Property is dated with an aesthetic I can’t quite name - 90’s nightclub chic? Hotel was full of youth sports teams which was quite delightful until it wasn’t. I would never recommend any adult stay here for a restful or respectful stay. Hallways jammed with kids playing tag, the nice outdoor pool (hot tub out of order) was a complete gong show - and this is coming from a parent with young kids.”

”The MET hotel has a bar underneath and by the train station. If you want convenient location this is the place, however the second floor rooms can hear and feel the music downstairs. It was karaoke night Friday, and the singing was not pleasing when you want to sleep and relax on your own. The hotel location has a lot of drunk people or perhaps under the influence. It’s a bit scary to roam around. I checked in late around 8 pm, I requested to be moved in upper level floors and when it wasn’t...

”Very Good”

”The room was really nice. Clean. Nice size bathroom with plenty of lighting. The only drawback to the room was that the TV sat on top of the dresser, which was at an angle and distance making it difficult to see and hear, unless one turns up the volume. Parking was great. I stayed in a lot of hotels, and this was the first I can remember that had ample size stalls. Plent of room.”

”Clean room , comfortable bed good breakfast”

”The property is a nice budget friendly option. The heated pool was such a treat for my family. The microwave and mini fridge were a nice bonus. The room itself was a bit run down. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the showehead sprayed everywhere when we moved it, knicks and scuffs were on the walls throughout and even on some of the furniture. We could turn on the tv, but we couldn't find interesting channels because the remote didn't work. It was hard for the kids not to have...

”Friendly staff, Aman, Muskaam and Sarika were so helpful. Very quiet and excellent amenities. Great breakfast too.”

”The room was very spacious and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. There was access to a kitchen, dinning table and lounge area. However, everything was poorly clean and maintained. The carpet, some towels, and beddings were worn out and stained. The fridge, coffee maker and other kitchen gadgets were dirty. There was mess around, e.g., empty alcohol bottles, deflated balloons in a corner, etc. I don't think it was worth what we paid.”

”Awesome little spot”

”This was my second time staying at the Best Western Plus Burnaby. It’s located in a highly walkable area near a couple of Korean grocery stores and plenty of restaurants (including KFC, hot pot spots, and boba shops). The staff members were friendly, as usual. Breakfast was served in a different dining room this time, though it offered fewer varieties than before. The facilities were decent.”

”Too expensive for what you get. The included breakfast is not really a breakfast.”

”The exterior of this hotel is not good, however the front desk person was great, the room was clean, beds were very comfortable and quiet despite the hwy, more like white noise. I would book again.”
