”Very clean and had a fantastic time with the amenities offered. Wish pool would open earlier, to at least have one more fantastic time before check out. I didn't really enjoy breakfast. They use an awkward spice seems like on everything. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay. Clean quiet and nice area.”

”Standard king room. Solo traveling. It is a basic room with little to no amenities. Situated on the edge of Gallup. It’s a 2 star hotel w 2 star everything. If you just need a clean place to sleep for a quick overnight it’s perfect.”

”Overall a Nice hotel: our room with two queen sized beds was big. The shower facility was small and water stream from the shower head was lousy. Nice photo gallery (2nd floor) and fireplace in lobby. Gift shop well equipped but pricy.”

”This place was excellent. The room was well stocked with a nice kitchenette, good quality items. The breakfast was excellent, but the best thing was the staff. They were so professional and met our every need.”

”As much as I loved the room in this hotel, the outside was an absolute tragedy. I have never in my life seen so many homeless people in one space. They were all surrounding the hotel and there's a tunnel right behind the hotel that they live in. That being said, we went to leave the next morning and alot of our stuff from our trip and clothes were all stolen. It's really a shame that there's not security or police involvement in this area.”

”Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the...

”upon arrival, we walked into lobby only to have to wait for a period of time, one of the front desk check in monitors/computers was non functional at the time, additionally staff was training a new person, so it was rather slow, but this is life that happens in front of you in real time, so NO BIGGIE. Our room was upstairs above pool area, surprisingly quiet.
